YOA Yacht Crew is a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 2014 and are headquartered in Wanaka, New Zealand.

We are a powerful, professional and interactive community of yacht crew, creating genuine connections and recording an invaluable history of our professional career on board the yachts. Our aim is to help individuals who will add value to the yachts, the people and companies they are employed with. It is the crew that makes a yacht successful, and we hope to do our part to ensure that the process of hiring crew and finding positions on board is as streamlined, cost-effective and as honest as possible.

We deliver our services through a worldwide team of recruitment agents, made up of former captains and heads of departments. We assess client needs, identify suitable candidates, and manage the recruitment process to connect yachts, people and companies.
