We are You Work Life! – Bridging Opportunities, Transforming Futures, a privately held recruitment company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia.

We connect international skilled labour with Austrian and German hospitality, tech and health businesses. We were created to address labor shortages in Europe and to provide third-country nationals with access to work opportunities across Europe.

We have built a database of over 12,000 professionals (as of October 2023) who meet the necessary characteristics and skills to pursue professional careers in Europe. We focus on hotel and hospitality headhunting and hotel recruitment, recognizing the daily challenges of hospitality recruiting, including the need for quick hires and the importance of finding talent that fits a concept amid a market with talent shortages. Approximately 70% of our candidates qualify for the Red White Red card in Austria. We support visa processes and relocation, guiding employers and candidates step by step, with a typical visa timeline of around two months.
