We are a boutique headhunting agency that finds expert sales, business development, and technical salespeople for energy tech companies. We are headquartered in Dubai, which allows us to work across time zones, and we headhunt the best talent in Europe, the United States, and Australia. Connecting start-ups with proven sales and business development leaders is what we do best. We work with companies in software and hardware (SW & HW) sectors, including smart grid, energy flexibility, energy trading, EMS, BESS, DERMS, APM, O&M, PPA and similar renewables SaaS, and we have helped companies in EV, smart city tech, wildfire protection, solar, battery recycling, battery materials and advanced materials, and smart building.
