YOU.TA stands for Your Talents, representing the talents of an individual and of an entire organization—the human resources we count on. We operate a site for search and selection of mid-to-high level professionals and a software that consolidates HR information in a single tool to help optimize and manage them. We were born from the experience of professionals who have worked for over 15 years in search, selection, career development, and training of human resources. We are a reliable partner attuned to the concrete needs of companies.

In the field of Professional Training, in 2017 we created YOU.TA ACADEMY to support companies and, where applicable, workers in strategic areas, in particular: Training Internships, Professional Apprenticeships, and Funded Training. YOU.TA ACADEMY has brought together experienced professionals with proven experience and professionalism, linked by common goals and operating methodologies. We cooperate with major national experts in the sector and participate in innovative projects. For the development of human resources we run monthly cycles of introductory courses addressing issues in management control, finance, production, quality, safety, and marketing. For the consulting we deal with Management Control, Labor, Production, Human Resources, Training with courses certified by accredited bodies, both funded and on the open market, Marketing, Sales, and Safety.
