We are Yrjanan Oy, a self-owned staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Tavastkenkä, Finland.
We are a personnel leasing company with comprehensive services for both employers and employees. Most of our staff are Ukrainian, and we help them settle into their work locations. We provide Finnish language training and support for daily life in Finland to our employees. For companies, we provide a motivated and committed worker, assistance with onboarding, and interpretation services.
We deliver these services through a coordinated process that brings employers together with workers, supports onboarding activities, provides language training, and offers interpretation services.
