ZenoTalent is a self-employed staffing and recruiting organization, and we operate in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Coaching, Portugal.

We were created with the purpose of managing talent in a way that allows people to follow a career path that fulfils their human aspirations. In talent sourcing, recruitment and headhunting services are often reactive, aimed at filling specific vacancies. We approach talent sourcing differently by proactively identifying, selecting and cultivating the right talent, independent of direct or immediate demands from companies, and we promote the right people to the right employers when openings arise. Working with this model, long-term requirements from both employers and candidates can be identified upfront, independently, and unbiased. Accordingly, the greatest advantage is that candidates will not force-fit a specific profile, job offer or even location. They define what they like for their life and career, and the match comes after that, powered by the networking between us and the employers. Conditioned approaches will be minimised, and only true interests from candidates will come to the surface, saving time and money for everybody. Yet, the process does not end in the recruitment flow. In parallel, cultivation of talent is taken care of.
