We are Zorovic Maritime Services, a privately held staffing and recruiting company. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Rijeka, Croatia.
We provide ship crew management, recruitment and training services, offering tailor-made solutions to our clients and employing experienced and qualified personnel to run ships safely and efficiently.
We recruit seamen for all types of cargo vessels, with a focus on oil, chemical and gas tankers and offshore personnel for the oil and gas industry. Within our in-house Training Center we offer three well-equipped classrooms and two simulators: Transas Wartsila Bridge Simulator NTPro 5000 and Kongsberg K-Sim Cargo and Engine Desktop Simulator (four vessel models).
Our specialties include crew management, maritime training, new building supervision, flying squads, maritime consulting, MRM Training Centre, and recruiting.
We operate in Croatia, with our base in Rijeka and a geographic focus aligned to our country.
