We are 213 - Village, a staffing and recruiting organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2025 and are headquartered in Kyrenia, Cyprus. We formed 213 Village as a production village within 213 Technic to contribute to projects, establish support teams, and turn ideas at the concept stage into reality.

We aim to ensure that no one is alone when they want to produce something, and when someone is working on a project, others support them. Information sharing, solidarity, and team spirit are at the core of our village. Our aim is not to establish very large teams; instead, we encourage production with small but effective supports, such as a form design, a circuit board, material research, and an analysis support, whenever there is a desire to produce. 213 Village is not just a sub-team; it also aims to bring a culture of production to our university life and make development through cooperation a habit.

We describe our approach as a collaborative model that emphasizes mutual support and information exchange to enable production. We focus on delivering practical, small-scale supports that enable projects to progress and ideas to become reality.

We provide form design, circuit board development, material research, and analysis support as part of our activities. These services are integrated into our day-to-day operations to assist projects and ideas with practical, measurable outcomes.

We are based in Cyprus and conduct our activities from Kyrenia, reflecting our Cyprus-based operation.
