We are 9Care, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in February 2021 and are headquartered in Romano di Lombardia, Italy.

We coordinate and provide consultancy for nursing personnel in public or private facilities, and we deliver training for professionals. Our mission is to contribute to the social image of the nurse by disseminating nursing knowledge and highlighting the high level of competence achieved. This mission is pursued at the company level and as a team, through the sharing of culture, values, meanings, ways of thinking and acting in every care contract. Seriousness, commitment, will, passion and experience have always been our strengths: we believe in the value of attentive and personalized healthcare. Through high-level training pathways for professionals and tutoring, accompaniment and specialized training pathways for new graduates, we promote the qualification of nursing personnel for the evolution and development of the specific competencies of each person and to add ever greater quality to the services offered by the company. We deliver our services through coordinated programs of training for professionals and mentoring, tutoring and specialized training for recent graduates, with the aim of supporting the ongoing development and qualification of nursing personnel and enhancing the quality of care across our offerings.

We operate in Italy and are based in Romano di Lombardia, Italy, serving nursing and healthcare staffing needs within the country.
