AB Vakwerk — we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, headquartered in Sneek, Netherlands.

We enable our employees to move toward a future with opportunities in their own field or in other sectors. We support immediate employment and longer-term placements. We pay for training and retraining. These opportunities span sectors such as agricultural services, construction, green and earthwork, road and hydraulic engineering, industry, production and technology. This is true not only for our employees but also for our clients.

This started in 1959, and we continue to operate from this cooperative idea to bring our members, customers and employees together and thus guarantee business continuity. This can be at peak moments in the season or because of structural growth. We have locations across Noord-Holland, Friesland and Noordoostpolder.

Our specialties include agricultural services, payroll, temporary staffing and secondment, temporary workers, and recruitment.
