We are Adima, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Brattvåg, Norway.

We provide Norwegian industry with human resources to our business partners, and this is reflected in our business strategy. We supply personnel with high levels of skills and experience within various fields to the mechanical industry, maritime industry and oil industry, on- and offshore.
