Affor Health, we are a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We are a HR consultancy specialized in diagnosing and intervening on psychosocial factors. We believe in innovative HR management as a key tool to create and develop healthy organizations. We work for companies and for people, using methods that address the origins of psychosocial risks, diagnosing what can be improved in the factors related to the work environment and the organization of work.
