We are Agentum, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.

Through our network of agents consisting of handpicked leaders, entrepreneurs and innovators active in Swedish business, we facilitate and place precise candidates in roles across various industries. The network is built on those relationships, and we follow many of these professionals throughout their careers. We know that finding the right expertise can be difficult and time-consuming, and we deliver a precise, efficient and smooth recruitment process by leveraging insights and access to candidates in their private and professional networks. This approach also allows us to reach passive candidates who would not have shown interest without a referral from their own network.
