AIESEC in Bruxelles. We are a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Ixelles, Belgium.

We provide cross-cultural exchanges to youth to develop their leadership. We work with numerous companies and partner organizations in 120+ countries, providing them with international trainees or volunteers. We can help your company fulfill HR needs with young talents from around the world. We provide partners in Brussels with the opportunity to benefit from young international talents. At the same time, we provide recent graduates with experiences to intern or volunteer abroad within partner organizations. Our belief is that leadership can be developed in a challenging environment that fulfills the professional goals of the intern and the talent goals of the organization. When a company provides us with a job description, we begin to search for profiles and select suitable candidates for them. After a candidate is selected, we take care of all logistical support to ensure a good arrival and experience for the intern.
