We are Algarve Staff, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Almancil, Portugal.

We serve clients across Portugal, including Lisbon and Porto, and we specialize in connecting businesses with talent across a wide range of industries. We have dedicated capabilities in Finance, Administration, Real Estate, IT, Architecture/Design, and Private Roles (including home staff and hospitality) to address diverse recruitment needs. We are UK-founded and bring over 80 years of experience through our parent brands, HGV Group and Talent Hire. Since launching our Portugal division in 2022, we have been helping businesses and individuals find the right permanent talent.
