We are ANDEL Agenzia Nazionale Disabilità e Lavoro, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We were established through a collaboration between people with disabilities and experts in this segment of the labor market to combine an inclusive culture with services on the territory, and it is based on the principles of mutuality and subsidiarity. We offer services to companies, public administrations, social cooperatives, schools and universities to support assessment, training for work, and the orientation of people with disabilities, and therefore their accompaniment in the world of work. We also carry out internal training activities and promote awareness-raising, cultural initiatives, and proposals to improve current regulations.

We deliver our services by engaging with each client to support assessment, work-oriented training, and ongoing orientation, ensuring accompaniment into the labor market.
