Assistancen is a privately held consultancy company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Køge, Denmark.

We collaborate with job centers and private companies with preventive intervention and workforce retention as our objectives. We recognize that many people face barriers to entering and retaining a foothold in the labor market due to health or social factors, and we help find solutions.
