Auxilium is a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

We enable expansion across the GCC without the legal, tax and HR burdens, and without needing to set up entities or subsidiaries. We provide an Employer of Record platform and services, and we support international recruitment to find talent globally as we scale across the GCC.

If self-service isn't preferred, our in-house HR team handles this for you.
