We are Avance, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Maastricht, the Netherlands.

We have grown in the Netherlands and Belgium to become a defining factor in the recruitment and selection of mid- and highly qualified personnel, with a focus on professionals at higher levels. We focus mainly on technology, finance, and sales. We understand these sectors inside out, know the requirements and what is happening in society and in the labor market. We also understand candidates' drivers, what they can do, what they want, and what moves them.
