We are AXIA INTERIM, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Norroy-le-Veneur, France.

We are a Lorraine-based group in full expansion, with 24 agencies in France and Luxembourg. We provide clients and interim workers with a proximity service, geographically and sectorally, based on our values: People, the assessment of competencies, and safety at work. For us, each client is unique, and we aim to deliver the efficiency of our teams, a precise analysis of each need, a targeted selection of our interim staff, and our hands-on experience. Our two dedicated poles, 'Tertiaire' and 'RH', offer additional expertise for more specific needs. We are recognized in the sectors of industry, construction and public works, logistics, and production. Our activities operate in a regulatory environment that is increasingly strict, notably in terms of safety at work. We have adopted internal procedures aligned with recognized references to improve our recruitment and daily risk prevention. Our commitment to excellence led us to officially engage with MASE since May 2008, and we have sat on the steering committee and the administrative committee since summer 2015. These quality charters are essential in sectors where safety is critical.

To deliver these services, we operate through two dedicated poles—'Tertiaire' and 'RH'—which provide additional expertise for more specific needs. We follow internal procedures in line with recognized references to continually improve recruitment and daily risk prevention, and we maintain our involvement with MASE since 2008, including participation on the steering and administrative committees since 2015.
