Be Yourself is a privately held, self-owned recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Warsaw, Poland.

We are a company that supports decision-making processes. Together with our clients, we examine the current state, determine what should be, and identify the actions and resources needed. We support the processes of implementing solutions, and we advise and train at every stage of transformation. These principles apply to both institutional and individual clients.

We specialize in career counseling, employment/recruitment, decision-support for decision making, online training, outplacement, sales management, business consulting, recruitment, headhunting, sales strategy development, and creating work standards in the sales department.

We operate in Poland, serving clients within the country from our base in Warsaw.
