We are BGH-Consulting, a self-owned organization operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1999 and are headquartered in Starnberg, Germany.

We provide professional consulting for companies across our core areas, including personnel consulting (Direct Search), corporate consulting, interim management, and operations. Originally focused on the paper industry, we have expanded our range to adjacent sectors such as nonwovens, plastics, mechanical engineering, process chemistry, printing, and packaging. The initial emphasis on personnel consulting was progressively broadened to include process analysis, strategy consulting, technology consulting, digitization, site analyses, and mergers and acquisitions. Today, sustainability is increasingly at the forefront of our advisory approaches. Our consultants bring long-standing experience in the industries we serve and complement each other through their diverse backgrounds. A qualified back office and talent acquisition capability supports our success. For special requirements, we collaborate with selected partners in areas such as potential and personality analysis, SME financing, labor and corporate law, and succession planning.
