If you are in a situation or place in life where you sense that something is not quite right, we offer professional coaching. Gestalt coaching is a form of coaching that draws on existentialism, recognizing that people create their own life and identity through choices, refusals and actions. The big question is how we want to live our lives. Personal leadership is a modern expression of existentialism, a path to living in accordance with personal and professional values, dreams, feelings and goals. It is about becoming clearer about what we want, what we feel, what is good for us, and what we need. We support you toward greater awareness, and greater awareness creates clarity about current issues, and from that starting point it becomes easier to make the right decisions for yourself, both personally and professionally.

We deliver coaching through structured sessions focused on increasing awareness and facilitating decision making. We begin with an initial phone contact to assess chemistry and whether we can help with the issue, and we offer one-hour sessions.
