Board In

We are Board In, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Oulu, Finland.

We provide a service for evaluating onboarding processes, and after the evaluation we supply tools for developing the process. We sell an evaluation tool and analytics, and we also offer products to address problem areas in our clients' companies, such as the Board In Package.

The service is provided via a website, and we offer a free demo for first-time users of our evaluation tool. The evaluation is conducted with an online survey through our portal. The survey questions are customized by company size and industry, allowing more detailed information from different areas, such as ergonomics. The surveys are designed to be general enough that, in the future, we can compare different companies within the same industries. We bring together disciplines in Business, Communication, Education, Physical Therapy, and Occupational Therapy to deliver customized services based on client feedback.
