Brain at Work

Brain at Work, we are a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Rome, Italy.

We bridge HR managers in large national and international companies with recent graduates and final-year students. Our purpose is to facilitate recruitment policies and shorten the time to hire for new graduates.

We deliver our services by connecting HR managers with graduates, organizing career days and events, and supporting recruitment processes. We draw on our capabilities in recruiting, placement, career day, employer branding, talent acquisition, employment orientation, work placements and internships, events, apprenticeship, non-profit sector engagement, orientation, and training.
