BRG Romania is our name, and we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2005 and are headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Romania.

We offer individuals the chance to experience different cultures, develop their skills and meet new people at home or around the world. Based in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, we work with partners across Europe and in the United States with the aim of promoting cross-cultural exchange and work experience programs. From working as an au-pair in the United States, to training in Canada to studying in the United Kingdom, we have a wide range of opportunities for young people who want to gain invaluable experience by working and studying abroad.
