Capax Legal, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Nordhavn, Denmark.

Our purpose is to recruit highly sought-after candidates for complex financial and legal positions, from specialist to director level. We place candidates in roles such as DPOs and legal chief consultants, and we handle more than 250 positions each year. We are certified in the MPA and OPQ32 personality tests, and we test all our candidates as part of our recruitment process.

We assist and consult on recruitment processes, talent development and employer branding, with a focus on practical, results-oriented delivery.

We perform Danish and international search and selection of engineers and IT-specialists; we offer interim management; we recruit expats to Denmark; we support the internationalization of talent pools; we provide tailored outplacement processes and are certified in the MPA and OPQ32 personality tests; and Recruitment.

We recruit both nationally and globally and have built an extensive network of potential candidates over the last six years.
