Care Recruitment International is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2023 and are headquartered in Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

We specialise in the ethical recruitment of devoted, caring and loyal care workers and nurses from the Philippines into the UK. Our mission as an ethical recruitment agency is to alleviate the UK care sector staffing crisis and provide life-changing career opportunities to Filipino talent.

We deliver our services through a smooth, transparent and cost-effective process that supports care providers in recruiting Filipino care workers and nurses within three months.

We specialise in international recruitment and ethical recruitment, with a focus on the Philippines, care homes, home care, care jobs, sponsorship license, Certificate of Sponsorship, UK work visas, ethical migration, immigration, Filipino carers, and Filipina carers.

We operate in Edinburgh, United Kingdom; Hong Kong; and Quezon City, Philippines.

We are accredited by the Philippines government, enabling us to recruit Filipinos from within the Philippines into the UK. We strive to meet the IRIS Standard, a set of global principles developed by the International Organisation for Migration that defines ethical recruitment, and the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015.
