Career Hunter is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Istanbul, Turkey.

We aim to keep costs to a minimum while maximizing efficiency by drawing on external resources for everything from staffing services to highly specialized positions. We fully understand your needs and goals to offer customer-focused solutions, and we collaborate with you to meet them. We draw from a wide candidate pool to select the personnel you want and add value to your company.

The process begins when a client provides information about the required roles—numbers, qualifications, start dates, and project end dates. We perform a cost analysis and initiate the proposal, and the terms are negotiated and confirmed by contract. We conduct search and selection activities and present options in the format you prefer. Once you approve a candidate, the onboarding is completed under our payroll in line with legal procedures.

Our specialties include human resources, employment, blue-collar work, white-collar work, and payroll services. We provide payroll services in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations, taking full responsibility for payroll processing for workers outside the standard payroll, ensuring completeness and timeliness. We hold a Special Employment Office permit from the Turkish Employment Agency, dated August 26, 2017, license number 934.
