We are Career Suitcase, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Bucharest, Romania.

We operate in executive search and hospitality recruitment to support clients across Central and Southeast Europe. We also work with clients in the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, and in geographic areas such as Asia and the Caribbean.

We handle appointments for all sectors of the hospitality industry, including luxury hotels and resorts, casinos, country clubs, spas, restaurants, and cruise lines. We provide worldwide, industry-wide research to identify and recruit candidates for key positions.
