We specialise in actuarial and C-Suite recruitment for the Irish and UK insurance and financial services markets. We have over 20 years’ experience in the recruitment and development of talent within the Irish and UK insurance and financial services sector.

Regarding our name, The Cavehill is an example of powerful nature, standing at over 1200 ft tall, and it towers over Belfast, as a sign of strength. We aim to embrace that sense of strength, experience, achievement and reward in our work. We work as a key supplier to the Irish and UK Insurance and Financial Services sectors, providing Actuarial talent from PQl to Head of Actuarial Function / Chief Actuary / CRO, whilst also engaging in niche C-Suite headhunting projects.
