Cherry Pick is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We are more than a platform for recruiting freelancers. We are a matching platform between talents and end clients, enabling real connections. We have developed a true matching system based on the needs of the business and the skills of each talent (hard and soft skills), which enables a perfect alignment between freelancer capabilities and the company’s culture.

This is supported by technology coupled with genuine expertise and end-to-end support from our team. We animate four collectives of freelancers: Project Management & Transition, Digital Transformation, IT & DevOps, and Data.

We are a member of the Néo-Soft group. The group is independent, labeled Happy At Work and certified CSR by AFNOR, and it brings together 1,700 consultants who support CAC-40 and SBF-120 companies in their digital transformation projects. The term “Cherry Picking” designates the action of selecting only the best elements from a set.
