Sales Audit — we assess and evaluate strengths in your current sales process and map them against the Sales Manager's strategy; the sales report can be used as a coaching map by the Sales Manager or in combination with us. Sales Due Diligence — we assess the current sales skills before a merger or takeover; we evaluate whether the current sales process is optimal for growth, whether the sales reps could be more successful using other sales methods, and whether the number of sales reps is appropriate now and tomorrow; the result can be used as an attachment in the due diligence process and will reduce crucial time to more quickly improve sales revenue. Interim — we provide temporary help within management or sales when needed.
