Conceito O2, we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We develop professionals daily to be better leaders, better at teamwork, better at public speaking, better at client relations, and better at resolving conflicts, and we help them understand what they want. We also help companies achieve higher productivity, better results, and a healthier organizational climate.

We do this through coaching, workshops, online training, and assessments. We base our interventions on internationally recognized programs and instruments in which we are certified, and we act as Portugal representatives for global providers in knowledge and materials that we develop specifically for our clients.

We have a team of professionals with certifications in a variety of programs and instruments, and we work mainly in Portugal, Brazil, and Angola.
