We are CONSIGEN GmbH, a public company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Wesel, Germany.

Our purpose is to support the Life Sciences industry with recruitment expertise and sector knowledge. We combine competence in recruitment with knowledge about the Life Sciences industry to respond quickly and flexibly to client and candidate needs and to build long-term business relationships founded on trust and integrity.

We deliver our services through a structured approach that emphasizes speed, flexibility, and a thorough understanding of client requirements. For the recruitment of specialists and executives, we offer two models: Executive Search and Direct Search, as well as Interim Manager engagements. We maintain a first-class personal and global network of specialists and executives, including the “Hidden Champions.” For personnel development, we support our partners with certified coaches.

Our specialties include Life Sciences, Executive Search, personnel recruitment and development, coaching, training, personnel consulting, Interim Manager, process support, covert search, and direct outreach. We focus on the pharma industry, medical technology, biotechnology, diagnostics, and leadership and C-level roles.
