CONSILUS ApS

We are CONSILUS ApS, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We work by taking a thorough brief about the position with the customer, we search for candidates, and we provide weekly updates on progress, including the number of candidates and feedback. Within three weeks from signing the recruitment contract, we deliver potential candidates to the customer.

To deliver our services, we follow a structured process that starts with a thorough brief, continues with active candidate search, and includes ongoing weekly updates on progress.

Our areas of expertise include Marketing with roles such as Nordic Digital Specialist, Marketing Manager, Online Manager, Nordic Loyalty Manager, and Brand Manager; Biotech with roles including Research Assistant Fermentation, Sales Director, Research Scientist, and Business Development Manager; IT with Technical Project Manager, Data Scientist, Frontend Developer, and CX – UX – AI – MA – ERP – CRM – SALES – DEV; and Sales with KAM.

We operate in Denmark and Spain, with a presence in Copenhagen, Denmark and Campello, in the Valencian Community, Spain.
