We are Consultora A&MC, a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We offer an integrated system of support for personnel administration in the preventive domain. Our services are supported by broad, dynamic, and highly personalized informational support and practical assistance provided by experienced specialists in labor, accounting, tax, and social security.

We deliver our services through auditing and training, including studies and reports on climate, organizational culture, and engagement. Culture is the intangible asset of an organization, and climate and culture ultimately influence the commitment an employee has with the organization. This is measured based on Employee Experience. We also address HR process improvement by identifying the steps and tools used in HR processes and their areas (for example payroll, selection, and training) and proposing improvements to increase efficiency. We manage HR communications because communication from HR is key to generating commitment, empathy, and identity to prevent and manage conflicts. We also support the development of talent within the organization, replacement plans, competency-based evaluations, performance evaluations, and potential assessments.
