We are THALPIS CRS SA, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

We are a manning agency that provides high quality seafarers of all ranks for foreign-going vessels and offshore units. We supply seafarers for work at offshore installations and offshore units such as oil derricks and wind generators. We assess seafarers according to their experience, skills and psychological compatibility to create strong and high-quality crews. We guarantee active teamwork with clients and attention to detail. Work at offshore units and merchant vessels requires a responsible and strong crew, which we provide.

We follow a practical approach to service delivery, recognizing that the fast job connection is only part of our principle. We sample our seafarers according to their experience, skills and psychological compatibility to form strong, high-quality crews.
