Ecclésia RH

Ecclésia RH is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Paris, France.

We apply our expertise to serve the ecclesial sphere and support leaders, chief executives, and HR directors in implementing an HR policy that is innovative and inspired by a Christian view of the person and work. We pursue four objectives: to develop a Christian approach to human resource management that contributes to the emergence of genuine Christian professionalism; to develop a HR resource center, a space for exchanging practices and shaping targeted offerings in internal communication, training, and legal matters; to facilitate recruitment and mobility for institutions seeking staff open to evangelization through work; and to help Christian structures prepare for the future in apostolic, human, and financial terms by conducting audits and ad hoc studies.

Our core activities include recruitment: more than 1,500 job offers posted in ten years; assessments of skills, professional and interpersonal development; career progression coaching and outplacement; organizational audits for dioceses, schools, and associations; and trainings and conferences on the spirituality of work and organizations.
