We are EJC -Europa, a self-employed staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in Villach, Austria.

We operate across Europe as a recruitment intermediary for skilled workers, with a presence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. We recruit for the Austrian mid-market, seeking qualified and experienced professionals for their trades. We provide Austrian or German contracts with tariff-based remuneration. Car-sharing arrangements are possible, and all contact is conducted in German. Our mediation is free, and mediation vouchers are not necessary. Assignments take place mainly with Austrian firms, with German-language communication with the company and the colleagues always possible. The duration of employment may be fixed-term for a season or extend over several years. Mobility is often required, with exceptions possible. Home trips are generally every 14 days, with individual solutions possible. Our offers are always up-to-date and continuously available.

We deliver our services by identifying qualified professionals for the Austrian market, aligning contract terms with tariff-based pay, and coordinating mobility when needed. We maintain German-language contact with employers and colleagues throughout the placement process.
