We are EQUILATERA (EQ), a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Bogotá, Colombia.

We believe in social transformation through organizational change to advance gender equality, diversity, and inclusion (DEI) for a fairer workplace. In a world where change is constant, we manage DEI approaches to strengthen a company's employer brand, retain staff, and enhance its reputation. Our purpose is to manage DEI assertively as a path to meaningful transformation. We transform lives and organizations across Latin America, and we design and tailor cultural transformation paths for each organization that impact the entire organizational structure.

We design and implement tailored cultural transformation routes for each organization, focusing on gender and diversity. We adapt to new situations weekly as we work with our clients.
