ESR-China

We are ESR-China, a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Beijing, China.

We were established in Beijing in 2006 as a comprehensive human resources consulting company. We serve Japanese companies in China and have offices in Beijing, Tianjin, and Shanghai. We work with more than 1,250 Japanese companies in China and have provided around 32,000 personnel recommendations to enterprises. We have interviewed over 23,000 candidates, of whom about 92% are Japanese-speaking and around 48% have studied abroad.

For enterprises, we do not just find “more suitable people”; we also teach them how to find suitable people, how to screen, how to train, how to manage talent, how to design organizational structures, and how to establish fair compensation systems to move a company from loss to profitability.

Our specialties include HR, human resources, headhunting, recruitment (人材紹介), and consulting (コンサルティング).
