We are Exe Headhunting, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

Our mission is to help the stories of the best companies and the best talents come together. We aim to challenge traditional recruitment practices, especially in executive search, by working efficiently and with a relaxed approach.

We bring strong technology and marketing expertise to headhunting to modernize the field. The team behind EXE has accumulated more than 100 headhunting experiences. Bolt.Works Oy expands its headhunting activities under the EXE Headhunting brand.

We operate in Finland, with offices in Helsinki and Tampere.

We aim to grow in Finland's headhunting market and to introduce a new way to leverage technology in recruitment, as well as to narrate and market headhunting services.
