Extend, we are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2002 and are headquartered in A Coruña, Spain.

We focus on people, recognizing individuals by name and surname. We connect talent, training, and skills to make the work function a little better. We are simple and practical in our solutions, reflective in our search, and collaborative in our thinking. We aim to be personal, tailored, and transferable so that people and the organization can put it into practice. Since 2002, we have worked with more than 140 clients.

We discover people inside and outside your organization through Search and Selection and Internal Evaluation. We learn from you and from others through Executive Coaching and Team Coaching, and Training. We improve the organization and the management of people through Consulting and Auditing. We offer outsourcing of the people area.
