Fed Finance España we are a self-owned staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2001 and are headquartered in Madrid, Spain.

We work in the selection of qualified personnel for the financial sector. We provide two types of recruitment: direct hiring for fixed-term or permanent roles, and temporary staffing to meet specific project needs. In Spain our activity is organized around two areas of specialization: accounting and finance (accountants, supervisors, administrators) and audit and consulting (external auditors, project managers). The field of action covers the recruitment of personnel for a wide range of positions and functions.

Our philosophy centers on the personalized accompaniment of our clients, listening to them and building a relationship of trust. This approach has enabled us to fill more than 4,000 vacancies in the financial sector during 2018.
