We are GeAT AG, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1995 and are headquartered in Erfurt, Germany.

We are a regional expert for personnel and corporate services in and around Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, and Wroclaw, Poland. Working with us means choosing future security and living our passion for the staffing industry with a hands-on mindset.

We deliver our services through a structured approach that combines temporary staffing, recruitment and headhunting, exclusive HR consulting, and the execution of complex HR projects. We also offer professional qualification and continuing education seminars through GeAT Academy. As an IHK-recognized training partner, we offer dual study places.

We operate in Germany and Poland, with a focus in Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt in Germany and in Wroclaw, Poland. We maintain a main office in Erfurt and have presence in additional locations across Thuringia, including Nordhausen, Meiningen, Gotha, Arnstadt, Jena, Gera, and Heilbad Heiligenstadt.
