Gibbons Recruitment, we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2010 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.

We are the recruitment and labour hire partner to some of Ireland's employers. We manage long-term vacancies as well as day-to-day recruitment needs by sourcing workforce candidates from Ireland, Europe and Brazil. Since 2010 we have been working in the recruitment services sector, providing effective workforce solutions to employers in construction, engineering, horticulture, landscaping, manufacturing and warehousing.

We offer a structured approach to services based on client needs. We conduct site meetings with clients to discuss and understand exact recruitment needs, design and develop roles, advertise and promote vacancies, screen CVs, conduct interviews, perform reference checks, coordinate candidates to attend interviews with clients, liaise with clients and recommend the most suitable candidate, arrange placement, provide contract staff, safety training and payroll.
