Gourmétrica

Gourmétrica is a self-owned organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Mexico City, Mexico.

We are guided by a mission to raise awareness of the power of work and teamwork by simulating the workplace environment in the kitchen. We believe the Gourmétrica activity gives participants a sense of empowerment that cannot be replicated within the company, prompting them to make proposals and honest conclusions to their colleagues. We turn people into gourmet chefs for a day. The objective is that collaborators, clients, suppliers and other people related to the company prepare, cook and eat a gourmet menu as a team.

We integrate teams through culinary activities as a form of team-building. We deliver team-building experiences through culinary activities that support collaboration and communication.

Our specialties include integration, motivation, innovation, relationships with clients and suppliers, creativity, change management, teambuilding, corporate events, and sales conventions.

We operate in Mexico.
