GPS Recruitment is a self-owned company operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Barcelona, Spain.

Global Partner Selection was born in 2012 as one of the first providers combining consulting and HR services, always striving to provide the right (human) resources at the right time and place to our customers. Our focus lies on identifying Spanish engineering talent and finding opportunities for them in Europe and worldwide, serving as a bridge between workers and companies as well as between different countries and cultures.

We are an on-site partner located in Barcelona, and we have been placing Spanish engineers in companies outside of Spain for more than five years. Our technical talent is highly qualified, bilingual (English and Spanish), and motivated to demonstrate their potential.
