Gruppo Vola. We are a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1984 and we are headquartered in Bassano del Grappa, Italy.

We are the first entity in Italy specialized in the organizational well-being of companies. Our mission is to engage professionalism and competence for the well-being of people and organizations. We are grounded in ethics and consistency, and we believe firmly in the value of synergies and in innovation. Our vision is to equip people and organizations with strategies and tools, facilitating growth and realization.

We own the Volano Umano Method, which manages five variables of organizational well-being: the right people, in the right place, in the right team, in the right organization, with continuous self-motivation. We work on four directions: analyzing companies, groups, or individuals to gather data on internal perception, talents, and potentials; directing people; building teams; and selecting valuable people for client companies.

We provide recruitment and selection of personnel, including the selection of employees, managers and executives; aptitude tests; personality tests; Head Hunter services; reward systems; career plans; coaching; training; recruitment of qualified personnel; organizational well-being; HR strategy; analysis of organizational climate; management consulting; potential analysis; team building; and lifelong learning.
